Velkiagent's Terms & Conditions — In plain English

1 General Overview & Applicability

Velkiagent is a licensed online Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions apply between Velkiagent and each registered user.

By using any Velkiagent service — including the website, mobile app, customer support, or promotional offers — you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any part of these terms, please refrain from using Velkiagent.

2 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To open an account and place bets on Velkiagent, the following conditions must be met:

• Each person may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Velkiagent reserves the right to reject any account registration without providing a reason. If false information is discovered after registration, the account will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

The security of your Velkiagent account is your responsibility. Never share your login credentials — username and password — with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

• Use a strong password and update it regularly.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled — it significantly strengthens your account security.
• Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly against the rules.

If your account is hacked or accessed without authorization, Velkiagent will not be held liable, but we will investigate and provide every possible assistance. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Velkiagent:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. Please double-check all details before submitting your bet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each event and may vary depending on the event.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. Velkiagent is not responsible if a bet is not accepted due to a brief delay.
• If a match is cancelled or suspended, Velkiagent will handle all related bets in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Velkiagent reserves the right to void bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

5 Payment & Withdrawal Policy

Velkiagent supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Please keep the following payment rules in mind:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the maximum is ৳5,00,000 per day.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be blocked if KYC verification is not completed.
• Payments will be held pending investigation in cases of suspected money laundering or suspicious transactions.
• Any bank or mobile banking charges applicable to transactions are to be borne by the user.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Velkiagent offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with specific terms that must be followed:

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met (typically 10x).
• Cashback Offer: A minimum bet amount must be placed during the week to qualify for the weekly cashback.
• Free Bet: Winnings from free bets cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.
• Each promotion can only be used once per user.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met within a set timeframe. Failure to do so will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Velkiagent reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Velkiagent. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits or manipulate the system.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Involvement in match fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of an event.
• Using Velkiagent for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on Velkiagent's systems.
• Creating an account using a false identity or forged documents.

8 Responsible Betting Policy

Velkiagent believes betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income or an addiction. We always promote responsible betting. To support this, Velkiagent provides the following tools:

• Betting Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits at any time.
• Deposit Limit: Set a deposit limit to keep your spending under control.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily suspend your account for a set period whenever you need a break.
• Reality Check: After a set period, the system will remind you how long you have been betting.

9 Account Closure & Termination

Velkiagent may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violating the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Upon the user's own request to close their account.
• As directed by legal or regulatory authorities.

Any bonus balance will be forfeited upon account closure. However, any valid cash balance will be returned, provided the account was not closed due to a rule violation.

10 Right to Amend Terms

Velkiagent reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website and communicated to your registered email address.
